Retail Sales And Front Desk Agent

The retail sales and front desk agent is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, front desk duties, ordering, shipping, data entry, filing, etc. This role will be required to work well with customers, visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. In addition to varied front desk tasks, this role will also be the point of contact for retail operations including, but not limited to, inventory, shipping/receiving, and online fulfillment. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting customers while anticipating their needs Ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and replenishing and arranging items as needed to maintain appearance Responsible for cash handling, safe verifications, and preparing deposits Maintaining friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Being adaptable to customer needs Adhering to cash handling policies and procedures Ensuring security of company assets Accurately packing, securing, and shipping customer orders within designated timeframes and verifying order accuracy by cross-checking items and quantities against packing slips and orders. Supplying guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest. Booking reservations, rentals, and coordinating registration Operating a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions. Answering phone calls and emails and delivering messages as needed. Maintaining excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Coordinating resolution of guest concerns. Communicating closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
