What We're Looking For: Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred) Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparently Is passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer service Demonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needs Excels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solving Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Is driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia's core values What You'll Do: Greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm Advise customers on their vehicle service needs with expertise and clarity Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure a seamless experience Maintain meticulous records and follow established processes Contribute to the dealership's growth through exceptional performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisor Communication skills
communicates effectively with others Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferred Time management
managing one's own time and time of others Typing
