Qualifications Required & Preferred: What Makes You the Perfect Teammate? Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales success, demonstrating your drive and capability. We value experience and hustle. Sports Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements. We know sports. Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling you to influence key stakeholders and close deals. We're deal-makers. Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities. We communicate with impact. Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics. We're digital-first.
