Fuel Sales Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Fuel Sales Representative to grow and manage fuel sales across an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving volume and margin growth in retail, commercial, agricultural, and/or wholesale fuel markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, agricultural, and retail fuel customers Prospect and secure new fuel accounts within assigned territory Manage pricing, contracts, and margin performance Coordinate fuel deliveries with operations and logistics teams Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and sales reports Resolve customer issues and provide high-level service support Qualifications Previous experience in fuel sales, energy sales, or related B2B sales preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Knowledge of fuel markets, pricing structures, and logistics is a plus Valid driver's license required Preferred Experience Experience selling bulk fuel, ag fuel, or commercial fuel accounts Familiarity with rack pricing, margins, and contract pricing Existing industry relationships a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunity for growth in a stable and essential industry All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
