Strategic Sales Executive
A leading technology solutions firm is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to join their expert team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a 15+ year old company, that boasts a phenomenal 400% revenue growth in the last 4 years alone! This is a remote position with up to 30% overnight travel (client meetings). Sales Executive Benefits: Industry-leading base salary of $150-200K Uncapped commission - first year OTE is $450-550K Bonuses Health, dental and vision - 100% and eligible on day 1 Life insurance and 401K with company match Company-paid travel Vacation, PTO and parental leave Remote hardware setup, including a virtual personal assistant Strong company support Leadership opportunities for top performers Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications: Local resident to the NYC market 5+ years of current B2B sales to US clientele in the healthcare or financial industry 4+ years of large enterprise client sales and acquisitions 3+ years of IT/software sales 3+ years experience selling staff extension or team extension services Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) terminology and methodologies Past employment with early stage software companies Outstanding sales results and capabilities Proven results with pursuing new clients without leads Proven results with closing a high percentage of inbound leads Highly social, passionate about networking and meeting prospects face-to-face Self-motivated with results, detail, and deadline-driven mentality Experience and comfort presenting to all management levels of potential client firms, from "C" level executives, product management, and IT professionals Sales Executive Preferred Background & Skills: Experience with custom software development, AI and data science, UX/UI design and cloud services Experience working with multinational distributed teams
