We are a custom home building company seeking a reliable and trustworthy Office Manager to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, open office environment. Our office operates out of our home, so professionalism and discretion are essential. Responsibilities: Manage daily office and administrative operations Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general office support Answer phones, manage emails, and communicate with clients and vendors Qualifications: Proficient in QuickBooks
