We are currently seeking various experienced Community Association Managers (CAM) to manage condominiums and/or homeowner associations while delivering exceptional service, organization, and leadership.
Role Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison between the association’s Board of Directors and vendors • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities • Attend and lead board meetings and annual meetings • Enforce governing documents, policies, and procedures professionally and consistently • Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and capital improvements • Prepare management reports, agendas, and meeting minutes • Assist with budgeting, financial review, and reserve planning in coordination with accounting • Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and association governing documents • Respond to homeowner and board inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Qualifications & Skills: • Active Florida CAM license required • Previous condominium or HOA management experience strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of Florida statutes related to community associations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities effectively • Comfortable working independently xsgimln while collaborating with a team • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset
