The Role:

We're seeking a Brand Animator (Contractor) to bring RYZE's organic social presence to life through motion. In this role, you'll create CGI elements, GIFs, and motion-forward assets designed specifically for organic social platforms-not paid ads.

You'll partner closely with our Creative and Social teams to translate brand concepts into visually compelling, scroll-stopping motion content that feels native, elevated, and culturally relevant. This role is ideal for a motion designer who understands how animation drives engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What You'll Do Create CGI elements, GIFs, and motion graphics exclusively for organic social content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Develop evergreen motion templates and reusable creative styles to support ongoing social content. Produce motion assets in support of:

Organic social campaigns and recurring content series Seasonal and holiday moments Product storytelling and launches (organic only) Giveaways and special brand moments

Collaborate closely with Creative and Social teams to translate concepts into motion-forward executions. Optimize animations for platform-specific formats, trends, and best practices. Support light video editing and post-production for organic social content as needed. Maintain and evolve RYZE's organic motion style to ensure consistency with overall brand identity. Manage timelines, revisions, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously. (Other related duties may be assigned.)

What We're Looking For

3+ years of animation or motion design experience, with a strong portfolio focused on organic social content. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with CGI tools is a plus). Proven experience creating motion specifically for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, pacing, and platform-native motion. Ability to adapt to multiple creative styles while maintaining brand cohesion. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working as a part-time contractor. Passion for wellness, lifestyle brands, and culturally relevant content. What We Offer:
