This position will assist with planning, developing, and facilitating the implementation of programs, events, and strategies that promote a culture of exceptional employee engagement aligned with the company's mission and values. This role also incorporates event planning, workplace decor coordination, and creative space design to enhance the employee experience. Assist in developing and implementing employee contests, programs, and engagement initiatives. • Leverage internal communication channels to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in engagement programs and process improvements. • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and distribute findings. • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, celebrations, and cultural development activities, including logistics, vendor coordination, décor, and on-site setup. • Design and implement event themes, décor concepts, and visual layouts that enhance the overall employee experience. • Support interior decorating efforts for office spaces, breakrooms, and common areas to create inviting, functional, and aesthetically aligned environments. • Manage event budgets, timelines, and materials to ensure efficient and high-quality execution. • Create post-event publicity, reports, and engagement recaps. • Administer the Employee Recognition Program. • Coordinate employee appreciation activities, including themed events, décor, and recognition displays. • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in state of residence and demonstrate safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles. • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, flexible, open to change, can multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service, telephone, records management, problem-solving, and effective oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including working effectively with a wide range of employees at all levels of the organization. • All employees, pursuant to their job duties, should demonstrate the behaviors of Professional Empowerment and comply with all EPB policies, standards, and guidelines. This EPB job is essential to support this critical infrastructure and may be required to work onsite or in the field to maintain these services.
