• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Develop custom email templates, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, and automation workflows in Marketing Cloud.
• Build and manage comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other external applications using Marketing Cloud Connector.
• Monitor email deliverability, manage IP warming, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and SQL-based queries in Data Extensions.
• Maintain and update marketing assets using Content Builder.

Skillset and Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce technologies, with 4+ years as a Marketing Cloud administrator/developer.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and AMPscript.
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud Integration with Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with email deliverability monitoring and reporting tools.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer (preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
