About The Role We’re looking for a
Sales Manager – Beauty
to join our growing North America team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across luxury and premium beauty brands, managing high‑end projects from concept to delivery, and driving business growth through trusted client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities with top‑tier beauty and luxury brands in the U.S. market.
Manage Custom Projects: Lead the full lifecycle of client projects — from brief selection to delivery — coordinating internal design, sourcing, and logistics teams, as well as external partners.
Protect Profitability: Work closely with procurement to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining healthy margins.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative and ethical solutions aligned with their brand vision.
Champion Sustainability: Collaborate with our design and innovation teams to promote eco‑designed products and sustainable practices within the luxury sector.
Analyze & Report: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in beauty, luxury, or packaging industries.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
