Senior Associate, Not-for-Profit Tax

The Senior Associate will have the opportunity to work onsite/hybrid from any of our office locations or remotely from within the United States.

As a Not-for-Profit Tax Senior, you will:

• Provide clients with tax compliance and consulting services related to protecting their tax-exempt status
• Prepare and/or review tax returns for exempt organizations and their taxable affiliates (Forms 990/1120)
• Leverage your project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Lead and develop tax staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Consult with market and Firm leaders
• Network within the community and client industries

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Ability to obtain the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, active licensure preferred
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting
• Experience providing tax services to tax exempt organizations

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range: $73,500-$114,100
