Leading manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and coordination across the organization. This role is ideal for an early‑to‑mid‑career marketing professional who is eager to learn, grow, and take on real responsibility. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with sales leadership, coordinate with an in‑house Graphic Designer, and help bring structure and momentum to the company's marketing efforts. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused, onsite role with significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Coordination
Product launches and updates
Sales tools and collateral
Website content coordination
Marketing campaigns and communications
Sales Enablement Support
Sales presentations and product materials
Agent communications and field marketing support
Event Planning & Support
Trade shows, factory visits, customer tours, and sales meetings
Event logistics, materials, and follow‑up
Brand & Content Management
Maintain brand standards
Coordinate with Graphic Designer and external resources
Vendor & Agency Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and partners
Manage timelines and deliverables
Process & Organization
Establish scalable workflows and documentation
What We’re Looking For
2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working cross‑functionally
Willingness to learn a technical product and industry
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Event planning experience is a plus
