We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a versatile and dynamic startup role . This is not a standard marketing position. Our Marketing Coordinator will gain hands‑on experience in both marketing and sales, playing a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth. Over time, this position will evolve into a more specialized track in either marketing or sales depending on your strengths, interests, and performance. This is a full‑time, in‑person role based in Los Angeles. Candidates must be able to work on site. What You Will Do Marketing Execution with a strong emphasis on AI tools Help develop and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels Assist with content creation including blog posts, social posts, newsletters, case studies, and pitch decks Coordinate marketing assets, campaigns, and branding projects Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, prepare presentations, and follow up with prospects Assist with outreach campaigns, email sequences, and CRM updates Support relationship building with partners, lenders, and small business clients Startup Versatility Wear multiple hats and jump into new projects , brainstorm growth strategies, and help refine our brand voice Contribute to building internal systems, processes, and culture as one of the first hires What We Are Looking For A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environments Strong communication and writing skills with a creative eye for branding and marketing Interest or background in digital marketing, sales, or business development Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools including CRM and marketing automation platforms Must be skilled in or willing to use AI tools and automate most processes Must be able to work in person at our Los Angeles office Why Join Us Growth Opportunity: Join as one of the first employees at a fast‑growing startup and see your role expand as the company scales.
