Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales. Responsibilities Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns across email, social, paid ads, SEO, and web Track KPIs and optimize performance using analytics tools Website & E-Commerce Management Maintain and improve website content, promotions, product launches, and SEO Make data-backed recommendations to improve lead conversion and sales Campaigns, Events & Product Launches Coordinate marketing for product launches, promotions, and trade shows Plan and execute industry events (trade shows, demos, workshops) Manage contractors (designers, influencers) for ROI Prioritize and assign tasks to internal marketing team members Market Insight & Optimization Research customer needs, market trends, and competitors Test new tools, platforms, and AI solutions to improve efficiency Requirements Minimum 2-year degree in Marketing 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and drip campaigns Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Interest or background in ceramics, crafts, or creative industries is a plus Must be able to utilize AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance marketing strategy, content development, and operational efficiency where practical Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Travel for trade shows or events (as needed) How To Apply Apply with your resume, a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience, and a minimum of 3 business references.
