We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist for our client who can write, launch, and measure marketing that drives real response. This role is for someone early in their career who wants ownership, moves fast, and takes pride in work that actually produces leads and supports sales. 5 days onsite | Must be fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken) Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Location Dallas, TX What you’ll do Write clear, direct marketing content in English and Spanish (emails, ads, flyers, sales materials) that tells people exactly what to do next Turn ideas and sales conversations into campaigns that get launched—not stuck in drafts Support the sales team with messaging and materials that help close deals Launch and manage online and offline campaigns and track what’s working Review performance and improve messaging when something isn’t converting What we’re looking for 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong, practical writing skills—clear, confident, and action-oriented Organized, coachable, and comfortable being accountable for results Nice to have Social ads, web content, or basic image/video experience Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing This is not a short-term role.
