Sales Planning Team Member

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is analytical, collaborative, and highly organized. As a member of the Sales Planning team, you will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where clear communication and adaptability are key.

In this role, you will support media plan strategy, pricing integrity, and campaign execution while developing essential skills in sales planning. You will:

  • Support advertising campaigns by securing and confirming reservations
  • Work with internal teams and the customer to manage campaigns for a timely launch, and assist with pre and post launch activities such as confirming any 3rd party ad-verification or reporting access, billing schedules and sharing screenshots
  • Monitor campaign delivery and work with the Media Planner to confirm billing and share any revenue reporting with the customer
  • Assess performance and pull performance data to inform campaign optimizations
  • Form a solid understanding of Dow Jones product offering and operational capabilities
  • Be involved in client communication and be able to speak to media strategy, product recommendations, and the Dow Jones value proposition

You have:

  • 0-2 years of experience working with advertising operations or media planning team, experience is preferred not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated with proven project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over email and virtual meeting spaces
  • Advanced computer applications skills (Excel, Word, Google Suite)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience preferred
