- Create and maintain UX deliverables including user personas, experience flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to refine and optimize designs over time.
- Design systems and interfaces that balance usability, aesthetics, accessibility, and performance.
- Advocate for user-first thinking throughout planning, development, and launch cycles.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to designers at earlier stages in their careers, helping elevate design quality and team standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX or product design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating both process and outcomes.
- Background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline (formal degree helpful but not mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience designing for transactional, marketplace, or consumer-facing digital products is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with highly passionate or community-driven user bases is beneficial.
Work Environment

- Hybrid schedule with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $155,000 – $185,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits package covering health, wellness, financial planning, and professional development.
- Generous parental leave programs, fertility support, and flexible time-off policies.
- Retirement savings plan with company contribution.
- A culture that prioritizes growth, balance, and long-term career development.
