This role will work closely with the larger AppStore Marketing team to align campaign and channel strategies, delivering best-in-class growth marketing campaigns that support the App Storeʼs businessobjectives, support brand positioning, and motivate customers to take action.
Description The Global Marketing Manager will contribute to all phases and elements ofplanning and executing marketing campaigns that support the App Storeʼsmarketing and business goals. This role will directly lead global campaigns end-to-end, from brief development through launch, along with distilling post-campaign performance learnings. This is a key role within the App Store BrandMarketing & Campaigns team, focused primarily on growth campaigns topromote some of the world’s largest apps and games.This role will lead seasonal campaigns and category-focused campaigns in theUS, and across multiple international markets. You will collaborate with a varietyof Apple cross-functional teams—including marketing channel leads, creative,editorial, and business teams—to define campaign objectives, strategy,messaging, and KPIs, ultimately delivering performant campaigns and initiatives.You will also partner regularly with international marketing colleagues around theworld to execute tailored marketing campaigns that resonate locally.The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of, and a perspective on, full-funnelmarketing channels (social, creators, advertising, email, SEO, OOH, TV, etc.), anability to project manage, a knack for creative ideation, and acute attention todetail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to driveconsensus among cross-functional stakeholders, will be critical to this role’ssuccess. You will also regularly craft and deliver presentations to audiences of alllevels, distilling complex information into clean and compelling slides.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the tech industry, gaming industry, and/or ad agencies
Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, full-funnel marketing channels, and the latest trends in the digital media landscape
Proven experience authoring comprehensive marketing briefs, including market context, competition, target audience, goals, and performance KPIs
Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex campaigns and marketing initiatives—launching on time and on budget
Familiarity with marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks, testing, and optimization
Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives working on highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and fostering trust
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing Keynote decks
Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; demonstrated success using data to optimize strategy and drive measurable impact in performance marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for gaming, with affinity for mobile games
Experience marketing mobile apps and/or mobile games
Experience with international marketing, including collaborating directly with regional marketing teams in other markets
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
