This role is pivotal in driving global growth, market share, and customer engagement across diverse verticals and geographies.**How you will do it:****Product Marketing Strategy & Execution*** Develop and execute global product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional needs.* Define and refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning for each product line.* Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.**Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership*** Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements.* Collaborate with regional marketing, sales enablement, and training teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.* Develop sales tools, playbooks, and content to support channel partners and direct sales teams.**Market Intelligence & Customer Insights*** Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer research to inform strategy.* Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting fire suppression markets.**Performance & Optimization*** Define KPIs and track performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting tactics to optimize ROI.* Support demand generation and lead nurturing programs in collaboration with digital and regional marketing teams.**What we look for:****Required*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.* 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in fire protection, safety systems, or industrial equipment.* Proven success in global or multi-regional marketing roles.* Strong understanding of the fire suppression ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance landscapes.* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.* Cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing without authority.* Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment.**Preferred*** Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.* Familiarity with indirect sales channels and distributor marketing.* MBA or advanced degree.This is a hybrid role at our Glendale, WI office.
