Field Marketing Lead
The Field Marketing Lead will report to the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing campaigns and tactics that directly support Cinch sales teams and insurance agent partners. The Field Marketing Lead will create impactful sales enablement programs, optimize sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth through localized activations, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure Cinch's value proposition stands out in the insurance market. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strong focus on measuring campaign effectiveness to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement sales training materials, tools, and programs to empower sales teams to effectively pitch Cinch products and services to potential customers.
Create targeted field marketing campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives, tailoring them to specific regions and customer segments.
Leverage insights into local market trends, competitor activity, and customers need to inform marketing strategies.
Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Plan and execute local marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and customer meetups to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of field marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
5+ years of sales and marketing experience
Proven experience in field marketing, sales enablement, or a related role within the insurance industry
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer journeysExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and engage sales teams
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Project management skills to execute marketing campaigns on time and within budget
