Albi
We are a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to propel the restoration industry forward by empowering restoration contractors with the technology they need to scale and grow their businesses.
Recognized as a Top 10 Startup in Chicago by LinkedIn
and a Top Startup by Built In
for two consecutive years, and backed by Y Combinator , we are entering our next phase of accelerated growth.
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager
to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, systems-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable results.
You will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable acquisition frameworks across our portfolio of brands, working closely with an external agency partner while owning strategy, experimentation, and performance outcomes. This is not a campaign execution role—it is a growth systems role.
In this role, you will work closely with and be mentored by:
The Chief of Staff
of one of the fastest-growing startups in Chicago, gaining exposure to high-level strategy, execution, and decision-making at scale
A serial entrepreneur who leads our coaching division, Evolve , providing direct insight into growth strategy, leadership, and scaling businesses across multiple industries
This is a rare opportunity to develop both deep performance marketing expertise and broader business acumen alongside experienced operators.
Key Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and industry-specific channels—always testing new ways to reach restoration professionals
Build scalable audience frameworks that identify and engage forward-thinking restoration companies primed for growth
Partner with our external agency on execution while you drive the roadmap, testing agenda, and performance targets
Obsess over message-market fit: refine targeting, creative, and landing pages until the right prospects can’t ignore us
Leverage marketing technology and automation to create repeatable, efficient acquisition systems
Analyze funnel performance end-to-end in HubSpot—from first click to closed revenue—and turn insights into action
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Report on CAC, ROAS, MQL volume, and pipeline contribution to leadership
Identify and pilot emerging channels and tactics
Key Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
Proven experience managing meaningful ad budgets with demonstrable ROI
Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Meta and programmatic experience is a plus
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to build reports, interpret data, and drive decisions
Experience collaborating strategically with external agencies
Systems thinker who builds frameworks, not just campaigns
Thrive Here If
You prefer testing and learning over debating theory
You are curious about niche and complex industries
You view constraints as opportunities to build better systems
You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities
Competitive salary ($90,000–$110,000) with performance-based bonus tied to pipeline contribution
Direct mentorship and exposure to experienced startup and entrepreneurial leadership
High level of autonomy paired with strong collaboration
Opportunity to work with a smart, driven, and supportive team
Generous PTO
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Equipment budget to support your best work
Regular team events and off‑sites
Continuing education, mentoring, and career development opportunities
We are an in-office–first organization , with teams working from our office four days per week. We will be moving to the heart of Chicago in Summer 2026 as part of our continued growth.
Your journey is your own, and we’re here to help you thrive, no matter your starting point.
