Salary Range: $33.00 - $36.00 Base+Commission/month
Associate Director of Sales Position Summary: The Associate Director of Sales is a role that supports community occupancy growth, sales execution, resident move-ins, and event coordination. This position partners closely with the Community Relations Director to support day-to-day sales activity, provide back‑up coverage for tours and prospect appointments, assist with community events, and coordinate administrative and operational steps related to resident transitions.
Reports To: Executive Director Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Wage: $33 – $36 per hour, plus eligibility for commission Employment Classification: Full‑Time | Hourly | Non‑Exempt
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in sales support, customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, fast‑paced environment
Sensitivity to and understanding of the senior population
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn CRM systems
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Essential Responsibilities Sales Support & Coverage
Support the Community Relations Director with follow‑up, scheduling, and documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
Coordinate tours, assessments, and “eyes‑on” visits with internal teams
Provide back‑up tour and prospect coverage using approved materials and messaging
Assist with lease preparation and signing coordination, as directed
Move‑In & Transition Coordination
Coordinate move‑in timelines, requirements, and communication with residents and families
Schedule new resident connection meetings with department heads
Ensure move‑in and move‑out documentation is complete and properly filed
Maintain resident business files
Support move‑out coordination with residents, families, and teams
Event & Outreach Support
Support planning and execution of sales and marketing events
Assist with event logistics, materials, and on‑site support
Greet guests, assist with tours, and support prospect engagement
Complete post‑event follow‑up and documentation
Ensure alignment with approved branding and messaging
Resident & Family Communication
Maintain positive, regular communication with residents and families
Ensure weekly contact for IL residents when out of the community
Escalate concerns appropriately and follow up after resolution
Administrative & Team Support
Maintain accurate records related to sales, transitions, and events
Collaborate with sales, marketing, nursing, and operations teams
Participate in training and development activities
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
