Posted January 16, 2026 We are seeking a volunteer to turn an existing slide into a simplified visual of our Theory of Transformation with a reduced copy that clarifies causal relationships for web and other communications. Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and deliver a polished graphic and web‑ready image(s). Details will be provided. A clear, compelling graphic will help WIA explain how coaching, skill‑building, and peer forums enable women leaders to drive social and environmental change. Volunteers’ work will strengthen outreach to Catalysts, partners, and funders and increase the organization’s reach and influence. We will provide the original slide and be available for feedback and subject‑matter guidance. Our team will review drafts, consolidate messaging, and implement the final graphic; specific assets and timelines will be discussed during volunteer interviews. Vision: We imagine a world where the barriers to women realizing their full potential have been eliminated, and women leaders are solving the world's social and environmental challenges, enabling people and the planet to thrive. Mission: To unleash the potential and increase the influence of women leaders in social and environmental change globally. The Women’s Impact Alliance (WIA) empowers women in social impact by giving them access to professional leadership coaching, skill‑building workshops, and trusted peer‑to‑peer forums. Our program participants, who we call Catalysts, are emerging and established women leaders in the field of social impact. Our nearly 2,000 graduates represent over 90 countries around the world. Our Catalysts include nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, scientists, environmental experts, activists, policy‑makers, artists, and more – all working to solve the greatest challenges of our time.
