Solera is seeking a strategic, experienced, and execution-focused **Marketing Business Partner** to lead campaign execution, content creation, & lead generation for it's North American Business. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and other cross-functional teams (inc. Sales, Product, Enablement/RevOps) to build high-impact marketing programs and effective tactics that resonate with specific automotive stakeholders to manage and grow existing book of business and deliver measurable outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion fordriving growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating high-quality B2B leadswithin theautomotive dealership industry. You must also have aproven track record and expertise in lead generation channels such asemail marketing, in-product advertising, paid media, website optimization, copywriting, publishing partnerships, and sales enablement.- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus oncontent, lead generation, and sales enablement.Candidates withautomotive software experience a plus (though not required)- Proven ability toexecute performance marketing campaignsacrossemail, paid media, in-product advertising, and website optimization.Experience managingmarketing budgets, optimizingspend based on ROI-driven activities.- Ability tocollaborate cross-functionallyin afast-paced, matrixed organization.- Hands-on experience insales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM).- Strongproject management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and pivoting when necessary.
