Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.**### **Senior FBO Account Executive (Business Aviation)****Location:** San Diego, CA (Remote – managing CA/HI portfolio for bulk fuel)**Join World Fuel and help power the future of Business Aviation.** We’re looking for a dynamic **Sr. FBO Account Executive** to lead our California and Hawaii portfolio, driving growth and delivering exceptional value to our customers in the bulk fuel and aviation sectors.**Compensation**: $100k - $110k salary plus bonuses**What You’ll Do*** Manage and grow a portfolio of business aviation customers across CA and HI.* Lead competitive negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.* Translate complex supply chain and pricing dynamics into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal sales teams.* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships.* Represent World Fuel at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.**What We’re Looking For*** **Experience:** 8–10 years in bulk fuel, aviation fuel supply, or business aviation sales with direct customer-facing responsibility.* **Sales & Market Knowledge:** Deep understanding of aviation fuel supply chain fundamentals, index-based pricing, terminal sourcing, haul logistics, and competitive positioning.* **Skills:** Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
