The Company is seeking a Senior Partner for Ad Partner Management. This role is pivotal in driving the connection between supplier brands and retail shoppers at an unprecedented scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching and exceeding sales quotas, managing a high volume of accounts, and developing high-level collaborative relationships. A key aspect of the position is the ability to drive marketing strategy and execute tactics, with a focus on consultative sales, coaching, and client service. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in digital sales, particularly in the areas of search, sponsored products, and performance advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex marketing solutions. Applicants for the Senior Partner position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in digital sales, with a background in performance advertising and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. The role demands a candidate with a passion for helping others achieve results, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, and a willingness to experiment. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environment is strongly preferred. The candidate must be adept at creating and delivering consultative sales presentations, and be able to apply operational rigor and use technology to execute and explain marketing solutions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant area.
