What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive commercial targets by supporting and influencing revenue outcomes across multiple deals and accounts
Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned products and the Retail/Technology verticals
Identify customer needs and align them with the most appropriate product options for maximum impact
Act as end-of-cycle support to accelerate deal progression and strengthen the commercial case
Collaborate with Sales Executives and other internal teams to drive gross sales outcomes and share best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a technical discipline with 5+ years in the relevant industry
Proven thought leadership and ability to advise senior management
Strong customer orientation with a track record of driving complex strategic negotiations
Ability to build and maintain relationships with large, complex global accounts
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
