Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Transaction Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our team and assist in all phases of the real estate process. You will perform legal research, prep documents, and communicate with parties. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Prepare closing documents, including closing statements, amendments, and deed/transfer
Ensure that all documents are well organized and available for review
Conduct review of title reports and assist in clearing the report
Communicate with clients, brokers and attorneys
Maintain and update documentation
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or similar role is preferred
Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred
Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and real estate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Excellent research skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
