Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, products, and services to meet the specific comfort needs of customers.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and cost estimates for HVAC installations, upgrades, or maintenance services.
Educate customers on energy efficiency options and recommend solutions that align with their budget and comfort requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, trends, and regulations to offer informed recommendations.
Track and report on sales activities, targets, and results to management.
Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC-related certifications preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Ability to conduct in-home and on-site consultations with professionalism
