Join our team and sit at the intersection of growth and brand—coordinating proposals and pursuits, organizing conference campaigns, and managing marketing programs that turn interest into qualified opportunities. You’ll support business development operations that strengthen relationships with utility clients, manage RFP responses, maintain CRM data, and help translate technical expertise into compelling content and campaigns. Employment Type: Part‑Time to Full‑time (20‑40 hours per week). Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 based on expertise, skills and industry fit. Compensation will be prorated according to weekly hours. Bonus: Discretionary annual performance based on company and individual KPIs. Paid Time Off: 20 PTO days + 11 paid federal holidays (prorated per hours worked). Retirement: 401(k) company match to 4%. Health: Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage. Home Office: Company provided laptop, equipment & supply reimbursement. Location and Travel: Remote, 10‑20% travel for conferences and client meetings. Professional Development: $2,500 annual training allowance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement & Pipeline
Track opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), maintain pursuit calendars, and coordinate go/no-go reviews and win themes. Monitor RFP portals (Bonfire, BidNet, Periscope, state procurement sites) and prepare pursuit briefs outlining scope, competitors, differentiators, and compliance requirements. Assemble proposal responses (RFP/RFI/SOQ), including outlines, schedules, compliance checklists, resumes, case studies, forms, and final submissions. Campaigns & Conferences
Plan and execute event strategies for major industry conferences (e.g., Esri UC, IMGIS, DistribuTECH, AGA, EEI, WEI), including outreach, logistics, collateral, and follow‑up. Coordinate webinars, lunch‑and‑learns, and partner co‑marketing initiatives. Content & Brand
Draft and edit case studies, capability decks, one‑pagers, and website updates. Manage social channels and email campaigns; support SEO and light paid‑media coordination with agencies as needed. Team
Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Channel Strategy & Partnerships. Market Intelligence
Maintain competitor and partner trackers; compile win/loss analyses, pricing insights, and ensure certifications and registrations remain current. Reporting
Track and report key metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourcing, win rate, on‑time proposal submissions, event ROI, and content performance. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B services (A/E/C, consulting, GIS/utility, or related industries). Experience in proposal coordination and marketing operations. Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce compliant, on‑brand materials under tight deadlines. Working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and basic analytics (UTMs, dashboards, reporting). Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and collaborative when working with SMEs, PMs, and leadership. Bonus points for familiarity with utility terminology and standards, the Esri ecosystem, or GIS concepts; additional consideration for experience in electric or gas verticals. Other Requirements
