In this role, you’ll collaborate with producers, project managers, and show teams to capture compelling visuals that reflect each show’s unique personality and audience. You’ll manage everything from lighting and framing to storytelling, while also refining production workflows to make setup, filming, and teardown seamless. Beyond the technical side, you’ll invest in relationships across show teams and leadership, influencing productions with both visual excellence and creative input. This role is about combining artistry with efficiency, ensuring every production reflects the Ramsey mission at the highest level.   You’re Probably a Match If:
