Platinum Ford is seeking a motivated Express Service Advisor looking to join one of the top performing service teams in the industry. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service while managing express service appointments, preparing estimates, and communicating repair recommendations.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and strong CSI performance.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Schedule appointments and manage express lane workflow to ensure on-time completion
Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations
Prepare and present accurate estimates for maintenance and repairs
Maintain detail records of customer interactions, repair orders, and transactions
Follow up with customers regarding recommendations and satisfaction
Assist with understanding vehicle needs and warranty coverage
Strive for top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index Scores
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor or customer experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic automotive knowledge
Proficiency with computers and service software (xtime experience a plus)
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory), with a weekday off scheduled
Compensation $1,500-$4,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
