What You'll Do
Target & Engage:
Prospect enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts across phone, email and LinkedIn.
Analyze the Field:
Research accounts to tailor outreach to specific industries and C-Suite business challenges.
Manage the Full Cycle:
Own opportunities from the first conversation to the close.
Collaborate:
Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and sharpen targeting.
Optimize:
Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline while testing and improving your outreach over time.

2-5 years in an outbound BDR/SDR or similar sales/recruiting role.

A "Game Film" Mindset:
You likely have a background in sports (playing, coaching or analyzing) and enjoy studying a strategy to find an advantage.
Strong Communicator:
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and write clear, gimmick‑free research.
Industry Interest:
Curious about CX, research, professional services or the retail/restaurant space.
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $120,000 OTE
Health and wellness benefits + 401k with 4% match.
15 days PTO plus 8 company holidays.
