Our client, a real estate private equity firm is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst/Associate to support its growth initiatives. The Analyst/Associate will support the investment team and executives in all capacities to source, underwrite, diligence, manage, and sell investments.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for underwriting new acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining financial models using Excel and ARGUS. With experience you will form opinions on underwriting assumptions while working with the market. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Economics with strong GPA (3.5) 1-3 years of related experience with exposure to ARGUS. Strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment Strong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-oriented No relocation The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
