$28.00 / Hourly (Based on experience) + Full Benefits As a
Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) , you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit. Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites. Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation. Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment. Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA). 3+ years
of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections. Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2+ years
in a Patient Service Center preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Why Join Us?
