Own your work and shine independently‑taking initiative, solving problems, and driving results
What You’ll Do:
Strengthen relationships with our Select Employer Groups (SEGs) through outreach.
Build strong, consultative relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding members to the right products.
Conduct proactive outreach to identify new lending and deposit opportunities.
Provide end‑to‑end support‑applications, documentation, closing, and follow‑up.
Attend occasional Community events
This is a full‑time,
in‑person role
(Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings). Remote work is not available. The position is based at our Lockheed Martin Waterton facility full time.
