GovCIO is currently hiring for a Technical Writer to develop and document architectures, plans, and data workflows. This position will be located in Fort Meaded, MD and will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities The Technical Writer develops clear, consistent documentation across system architecture, deployment planning, data strategy, and training materials produced during IOC. This role ensures technical outputs are consumable by Government stakeholders, support review and approval processes, and remain reusable as the capability transitions into IOC implementation and scaling.

Qualifications High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
Required Skills And Experience
Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI Poly
9+ years of experience writing technical documentation for IT, cyber, or data programs
Strong writing and organizational skills
