Job Overview
This role focuses on the safety and security of our associates, customers and merchandise. You will investigate incidents, think critically, and solve complex problems.

Apply critical thinking to analyze situations and develop solutions.
Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all associates and customers.
Employment Details Employment type: Full‑time. Available shifts: Mid‑shift, Closing.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #814, 2101 S Parrott Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34974, US.
Compensation Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
