What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders for Medtronic spinal and biologics products from physicians and medical staff.

Maintain and manage loaner inventory and consignment stock across multiple accounts.

Provide field service and case coverage to customers, ensuring their specific needs are met.

Prepare and submit field visit reports as required by the District Sales Manager.

Actively seek new customers and develop plans for sales growth in the assigned territory.

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience interacting effectively with a diverse range of individuals in a professional setting.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in an operating room setting or with orthopedic/spine procedures.

Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Previous experience with Medtronic products or within the company is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
