We are looking for a Trust Reconciliations Specialist to prepare accurate, timely, and complete journal information for the recording of reconciling entries to the appropriate accounts. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy and have a keen eye for detail. You will report to the reconciliation manager. An understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

The company will rely on you to provide accurate, up-to-date data that is easily accessible through a digital database.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts manually and automated matching for a high volume of transactions

Completes daily and monthly reconciliations, along with research and follow-through of unreconciled items, for assigned accounts

Analyze and record all appropriate debit and credit adjustments

Demonstrates an understanding of bank statement activity (e.g., deposits, checks, chargeback, in-transit items)

Navigate through Artiva to gather/observe ledger information

Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Update existing data

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements

Proven experience as a Trust Reconciliations Specialist

Fast typing skills: Knowledge of ARTIVA is a plus, but not required

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices

Basic understanding of databases

Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

High school degree or equivalent

Full-time, in-office position

Salary:

$19.00 to $21.00 hourly
