Candidates should demonstrate experience in developing, organizing, and executing the development of design and construction documents. Technical Designer – Workplace Benefits: Base salary of $65K – $85K PTO, Vacation Technical Designer – Workplace Responsibilities: Participate in the design and construction phase activities Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans Review applicable building and accessibility codes Assist the design team by researching products and systems Prepare construction and biding documents Review and process all shop drawing/sample submissions Technical Designer – Workplace Qualifications: BS in Architecture or related field 8+ years of experience as Technical Designer for workplace project Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit Experience in Workplace and Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred
