Agents are also expected to stay informed about market trends and comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Real Estate practices, including Sales and Real Property management
Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
Proficient in conducting property evaluations and understanding real estate market trends
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using real estate technology and tools is preferred
Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus
