Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting market research, preparing and presenting real estate offers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a seamless transaction process from start to finish. A successful candidate will utilize their expertise and knowledge of the real estate market to support clients in achieving their property goals.
Qualifications
Possess an active Real Estate License to legally practice as a Real Estate Agent.
Demonstrated skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, with an understanding of market trends and legal aspects associated with property transactions.
Strong customer service abilities to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Experience in sales and the ability to negotiate effectively and achieve client satisfaction.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
