Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
Licenses : Property & Casualty License required.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
