We're looking for a talented and motivated
CAD-Revit Designer
to join our growing team! As a key player in our success, you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues to design exceptional restaurant spaces using cutting-edge technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Be the Creative Spark: Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant designs using CAD and Revit software.
Precision is Key: Meticulously review Architectural Questionnaires (AQs) to ensure quotes and drawings are aligned.
Communication is King: Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.
Data Doesn't Lie: Collect accurate measurements and critical jobsite data to ensure smooth project execution.
From Plans to Reality: Generate detailed cut-books that complement your designs.
Embrace the Challenge: Tackle diverse projects and contribute to our company's growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or Technical Degree in Drafting, CADD, or applicable field of study.
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in foodservice equipment design; with mechanical systems experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3D modeling and MS Office software applications is required.
Interpersonal communication skills to work in a team setting, as well as in a 1-on-1 environment.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
General math skills and ability to read blueprints and plans.
Basic understanding of general construction practices
Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules.
Motivation and self-drive are required to complete a task.
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and able to work on more than one project at once.
