Role Description
Technical Sales Representative
Lead technical workshops, demos, training sessions and support for internal and external customers and partners. Cooperation with Product Management, R&D teams to develop and enhance NES products to meet customer demands. Establishing customer relations and influencing customers towards NES solutions through consultative engagement and understanding customer requirements. Contributing to partner and account strategy with the sales representatives. Providing technical analysis, review and creation of RFP / RFQ responses. Manage the technical configuration of Customer Orders and co-ordinate with Operations. Training Manager
Develop and deliver training courses for NES standard products. Manage all logistics (venue, accommodation, catering, training aids) for the delivery of training courses to customers and internally to NES teams. Develop training proposals for the sales team and for input into bids, as required. Obtain training course feedback and demonstrate a plan of improvement of courses based on feedback. Provide any product feedback received whilst delivering training to relevant audience within NES. Extend training courses in time with the planned release of new products. Provide quarterly new-employee on-board basic technical training on current NES standard products. Qualifications
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management 3+ years customer facing, pre-sales role 3+ years Technical Trainer Manage technical queries, feature requests and complete technical requirements of Purchase Orders. Experience in developing and presenting customized training Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Engineering Bi-lingual German and English/ fluent in both verbal and written
