Compensation Package
Hourly Rate: $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business consisting of 50% standard and 50% high-net-worth accounts.
Handle policy changes, endorsements, and reshop policies as needed.
Provide new business quotes and renewal quotes, with opportunities to focus on new business based on performance and initiative.
Answer client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft software is highly preferred; experience with PL Rater is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong computer skills and tech-savviness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to long-term growth within the company.
