Job Summary – In the Office in Beverly Hills We are seeking an on‑site detail‑oriented and proactive
Salesforce Administrator
to support our real estate development and project management operations. This role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce to manage development projects, track deal pipelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and provide actionable insights throughout the project lifecycle—from land acquisition to project close‑out.
The ideal candidate understands both Salesforce best practices and the complexities of real estate development, including project timelines, budgets, approvals, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Salesforce org, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts to support real estate development and project management workflows
Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and ongoing data quality initiatives
Support Salesforce solutions for:
Land acquisition and deal pipeline tracking
Development project milestones, schedules, and dependencies
Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and change orders
Vendor, consultant, and contractor management
Customize Salesforce to reflect project lifecycle stages (e.g., feasibility, design, permitting, construction, close‑out)
Support integration of Salesforce with project management, finance, and document management systems
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executives, project managers, and development teams
Provide real‑time visibility into project status, risks, timelines, and financial performance
Analyze system usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and adoption
User Support & Adoption
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users across development, construction, finance, and leadership teams
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows
Manage Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience supporting real estate development, construction, or project‑based organizations
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Familiarity with real estate development workflows, budgeting, and project lifecycle management
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
