Primary Purpose Contributes to the achievement of University objectives through completing donor relations tasks.

Essential Job Functions

Works closely with Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship to determine objectives and requirements for donor acknowledgment, recognition, communication, and stewardship.

Continue to improve the relationship between NSU and scholarship benefactors by requesting, organizing, and ensuring that scholarship recipients compose thank you letters to their benefactors.

Assists with maintaining records of gift agreements and other documents, including financial details.

Completes special projects as assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned or required.

English Language – Proficient knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Communications and Media – Working knowledge of media production, visual, verbal, and interactive communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
